The offer of the Casa Mosului Guesthouse for the Winter Holidays – New Year's Eve 2026/2027 is as follows:

Period: 30/12 – 2/01 (3 nights, 4 days)

The pension is rented to a group of 14 people in 6 rooms - 4 doubles and 2 triples. It can be supplemented with 4 additional beds - maximum 18 people.

Cost: 385 euros/person
Children 0-4 years old - free, 5-14 years old - 50% of the price per person.

Traditional menu of the following products: homemade eggs, baguette cheese, telemea, buffalo milk, yogurt, bacon, jam, butter, vegetables - tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, meatballs, cartabos, sausages, jumari, zacusca, peasant soup/perisoare/beans, chicken soup, sarmalute, steaks/grilled pork/chicken, fish, side dishes with plain/straw/mashed potatoes, rice, polenta with cheese, pickles, cakes, pancakes, tea, milk, coffee.

The main attraction of the area is the Transfagarasan, the Ice Castle from above Balea Lac and a lot of snow in the winter in the mountain area. At Casa Mosului you will benefit from the fireplace with open hearth, carolers and New Year's greetings, lanterns to be raised to the sky at 12 o'clock.

Casa Mosului was nominated for the Top Hotel Awards 2026 in the Traditional Guest House of the Year category, a category in which it was on the podium in 2014.

At Casa Mosului we can offer you the house wine white/red, palinca, afinata, cherry. The price of these alcoholic beverages is not included in the price. You can bring your own favorite international alcoholic beverages :-)
